First of all, for an item to be deleted, it must not have any bids yet. If it has bids, you'll need to contact us to have it Disabled instead, or we can delete the bids on that item so that it can be deleted properly.
To Delete a Product, go to your Products Manager and click Edit next to the item you need to delete. You'll find a red Delete button next to the Duplicate button. Simply click the Delete button to remove the item.
To disable your item we can change the status of your Product from Enabled to Disabled. You will need to contact us to do this for you. Please create a support ticket by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org and please be very detailed in your request. We will need to know the Product title, Item Number, and your Organization ID.
