Please sign in to your auction admin account and navigate to Credit/Withdraw Funds. Then go through the process of submitting a Withdrawal Request. Once submitted, please allow 30 days to receive your check in the mail. It will likely arrive sooner than that, but that is our general timeframe for receiving funds once the request has been submitted.
