If the 'Forgot Your Password' link isn't working, that means one of two things. Either your email address was entered incorrectly when you signed up, or you didn't actually complete registering (sometimes during registration a required field is left blank and the user leaves the page assuming that registration was completed, but more action was required). If you submit a support ticket, we will check to see if you do have an account registered and, if there is an account with your email address, then we will verify that your email address matches the one used to submit the ticket. If you do have an account registered AND your email address matches, then we'll manually send you a new password so that you can sign in immediately.
